Linda Aybar is Foreign Trade Zone Administrator for Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, a company dedicated to assisting global companies with foreign trade zone feasibility, approval, activation, and operational support services. With more than 30 years of experience in warehousing and distribution, Ms. Aybar provides Foreign-Trade Zone and customs compliance consulting services and offers hands-on experience overseeing distribution activities, inventory levels, and audit control. She has worked extensively in transportation, reducing costs and streamlining audit and accounting functions.

Ms. Aybar assists clients with a variety of services, including FTZ administration, analysis of trade data compliance information from U.S. Customs & Border Protection, and preparing management reports. She also conducts research and prepares information required for FTZ feasibility analyses, designations, and activations.

Ms. Aybar is an Accredited Zones Specialist. She is a member of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones where she is the secretary of the FTZ Grantee Committee.
